Dr. Cannerelli has been involved in education since 1982 with Masters Degrees in School Psychology and in Reading Education. She was a School Psychologist in New Jersey and in New York State for 9 years. She then practiced law in private and public sector for 17 years where she represented several school districts. While practicing law in public sector, Dr. Cannerelli served as a Director of Human Resources and Legal Services in two school districts. She then served as Director of Special Services for a large district in South Jersey. Dr. Cannerelli is strong leader with broad experience in special education compliance, IEP development, assessment of special needs students, anti-discrimination investigations and procedures and public employment law. She has provided professional development to attorneys as well as school district employees.

Dr. Colandrea currently works for Old Bridge Township Public Schools in Old Bridge, New Jersey as the Supervisor of Intervention Services. She received her Masters in Educational Psychology and Professional Diploma in School Psychology from Kean University and her Doctorate in School Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Dr. Colandrea’s areas of expertise include: Program evaluation, co-teaching, Response to Intervention (RTI) implementation, Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS), data-based decision making, academic and behavioral interventions, reading interventions and literacy instruction at the elementary level, professional development, supervision and evaluation, assessment, and data management systems.

Mike has been a professional in the Education Technology field since 2001. He has assisted hundreds of districts transition software platforms, including implementation strategizing, data-mapping, database review, quality assurance, user-guide development, and form customization. Mike specializes in conducting on-site and blended web-based professional development trainings for staff in districts large and small. His analytical and technical skills are beyond reproach, which makes him a great resource for state reporting and query design. He is a self-starter who will discover or create solutions and communicate these solutions effectively to a team and/or end users. Mike’s personality, work ethic, and positive demeanor are conducive to working with both technical and non-technical staff.

Amy is a dedicated professional with over twenty years of experience and proven leadership in Special Education for pre-K–12 with an emphasis in the fields of Autism Spectrum disorders and Assistive Technology. Amy is skilled in facilitating partnerships and providing support to in-district and out-of-district placement settings servicing students with significant needs. 

Amy has a comprehensive knowledge of special education laws and practices in addition to data management for state reporting. Amy also brings a solution-focused energy and passion for supporting teachers, schools, districts, and families to provide a meaningful education to all.
