“It has been an absolute privilege to work with Ms. Frankie Jones for the past eleven years, in which I have collaborated with her to meet the needs of my staff and students while serving as both a Superintendent of Schools and a Director of Special Services in three separate school districts, including the Sayreville Public Schools. In that capacity, I was able to witness her extremely high level of proficiency with special education law and regulations, particularly the New Jersey Administrative Code. Additionally, I have had the opportunity to witness her lead several initiatives pertaining to the development of software that enable public school districts to develop legally sound individualized education programs for the purpose of better educating students with disabilities, particularly in the least restrictive environment. Furthermore, I have worked with her to implement an innovative software designed to prescribe, implement and measure the effectiveness of tiered interventions for students with or without disabilities who were at-risk of failing.
